3. A mock-up proof will be sent via email/text. Review and approve the proof.

• Due to the nature of custom items, please place all orders 5 days in advance. If placing an order outside of that time frame, a rush fee will be added.

A proof will be sent within 5 business days of purchasing, excluding holidays and weekends. The proof must be approved by you for order to be completed.
